We are now looking for a professional Accountant to our Finance department. You will join a passionate team of co-workers at our Stockholm premises. Key responsibilities will be accounts payable, GL (General ledger) accounting and monthly close. You will join a small finance team in Stockholm, supported by an AR finance team in Salzburg.
Responsibilities:
• Accounting and reconciliation of accounts
• Accounts payable - registration and payments of invoices
• Super user in AX for Fixed assets and Accounts payables.
• Monthly cashflow reporting
• Monthly reporting of Group Opex, Headcounts and PPE.
• Supervising payroll processing - approving salary calculations, reporting taxes.
• General administration support
We think you have three to five years' experience of accounting and a Bachelor degree in Business Administration. You are showing an attention to detail, a dynamic personality and being self-sufficient and hands on.
You need to be organized, possess good knowledge and skills to Microsoft Office and AX, to be able to work to tight reporting deadlines.
Fluent in English written and spoken.
Previous retail experience is good but it's no requirement.
You are able to multi-task and withstand pressure in a fast-moving environment and you got a professional and positive attitude.
