hela Sverige Publiceringsdatum2014-09-03Dina arbetsuppgifterFor the Finance department at Nynas in Johanneshov, we are currently recruiting an Accountant to be responsible for our sales companies in Italy, France and South Africa. The role includes, but is not limited to the accounting for these legal entities and monthly reporting to Nynas Group. The applicant will be doing the day to day accounting, close the books at month- and year end and be the primary contact person for the auditors.
You will have close interaction with local sales staff as well as some support from local tax advisors. In this position you will also support local managers in their work of analysing the financial result. You will report to the Finance Manager Sweden HUB.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
• Accounts Payable processing
• Journal entries (Payroll, Accruals, Taxes etc.)
• Account reconciliations
• Monthly processing of the financial statements
• Group reporting in HFM (Hyperion)
• All general ledger related accounting matters for Nynas Italy, France and South Africa
• Prepayments and accruals
• Local statistics/reporting to government & fiscal authorities
• Other work tasks within an accounting department
• Keep instructions updated, develop and document control systems to ensure a high standard of the accounting
• Responsible for the monthly and annual closing of the books
• Secure accurate accounting processes in collaboration with the Finance Manager
Vem är du?
The successful candidate has experience from working within accounting in an international environment and ideally has worked across borders/remotely before. Basic skills in Excel are a prerequisite. Experience from working with monthly- and year end processes is also required. You must be fluent in English and preferably even speak French and/or Italian. Experience from working with JDE and HFM (Hyperion) is desirable, but not required.
