We are a young, dynamic company and we offer an exclusive shopping experience and excellent customer service with the best mixture of high-quality and own designed brands. Babyshop.com is growing rapidly and therefore we are looking for an accountant.
Our goal is to become the leading e-commerce company within premium products for children clothing in the Northern and Eastern Europe.
We are looking for someone with the ambition to actively participate to develop and build up our finance department. You enjoy working in a high pace in a entrepreneurial environment and being involved in projects such as improving routines and processes within finance.
You are a executing "doer" who understands that the details make a difference. The ideal candidate will be a highly driven self-starter who is determined to deliver results. You enjoy working with numbers and finance support.
You have experience from accounting, reporting key figures and preferably within the retail business. We value most your drive and passion but it's an extra plus if you have a university degree, if you are detail oriented and have experience from e-commerce.
The role include responsibility for but are not limited to:
• Provide support to the accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, fixed asset and project accounting
• Assist with month-end closing including accruals and other journal entries
• Assist with monthly financial statement preparation and analysis
• Work within established policies and procedures to maintain effective internal control
• Traditional bookkeeping
