Publiceringsdatum2012-09-17Dina arbetsuppgifterAs an Accountant Assistant you will provide a daily support to the Sweden Financial Controller within various tasks in the finance function. You will:
• Raise purchase orders
• Raise sales invoices and credit notes
• Credit control
• Provide assistance in the improvement of the accounting system
• Post daily bank transactions in the accounting system
• Analyse and reconcile receipts
• Review of amounts payable
• Process and allocate payments to suppliers
• Providing strong support to the Finance Controller.
Vem är du?
We are looking for you with a couple of year's experience from a similar position. If you have some relevant post-secondary education it is seen as an advantage. You have a good knowledge in MS Office (Excel) and good system knowledge. You also have an excellent understanding both written and verbal of the English language. If you've been working in an international company this is also seen as an advantage. As a person you are open, accurate, social and with a flexible attitude. You are a teamplayer but also with the ability to work independently.

For this position you will work as a Consultant on our consulting department. This is a part time position (50%). We want you to start immediately and the assignment is scheduled to end around December.
