OM Sweden is part of OM International, an international Christian missionary agency working in over 110 countries. OM Sweden has its offices in Jönköping, Sweden. OM Sweden works with recruiting and sending volunteers to different projects around the world. We also work locally in cooperation with a local church.

You will be part of our finance and administration department but also involved in our local ministry among immigrants in cooperation with the local church. The finance part includes gift receipting, and ordinary bookkeeping tasks. Included is also to register incoming funds from other OM-fields around the globe. The administration part deals with sending different reports, newsletters, and magazines to our supporters and workers in Sweden and around the world.

You need basic knowledge in bookkeeping. Experience from international work, especially within OM, is an advantage, although not a requirement. Knowledge about PETRA, our finance and administration system, is also valuable for this job. With all the international contacts that we have within OM International, English is a requirement. For the local ministry in cooperation with the church, it is very helpful with knowledge in languages like urdu and punjabi.

OM Sweden, a part of OM International, is an organisation which from the beginning has a filosofy that all personell within the organisation are expected to work on getting their own personal support from churches and individuals. With that in mind, we discuss and set the salary accordingly.
