The Finance team is responsible for accounting and reporting in seven legal entities spread across Sweden, Norway, the UK, Germany, and France. As an Accountant at KRY you will be part of our growing Finance team that is in the process of developing, automatizing and structuring the accounting flows mainly working in NetSuite. This is a role with a focus on our Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) and expenses workflows and you will have the possibility to affect and influence the structure of the different workflows.
What you'll do:
• Responsible for the Accounts Payable process for three of our legal entities, this includes; ensuring the correct posting of supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations
• Contribute to the monthly closing of books with reconciliations, ensuring quality in the balance sheet specifications and booking of reserves
• Responsible for the review and correct posting of (employee) expenses
• Assist month-end and in preparation of Year-End packages and Audit/Tax
• Constantly working to streamline and improve our processes
• Keep improving the finance function by giving input on internal projects
Who you are:
• You have strong skills in Swedish Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• You have good Excel skills
• You are a team player with a positive problem-solving attitude
• You are a quick learner who is comfortable taking ownership of given tasks
• You have accounting experience
• Fluent in English, meritorious if also fluent in French
