We're looking for an Accountant to join the highly motivated Finance team at Lifesum who are working in a high pace without compromising the quality of the output. You will work independently with Lifesum's accounting and reporting and will be responsible for the end-to-end process, ensuring timely and accurate closings and reporting. You will report to the Finance Director.

Lifesum is a Stockholm-based digital health startup that offers its users a flexible platform to support and encourage a healthy, balanced lifestyle. Having already achieved over 16 million downloads across the world, the Lifesum app is available on Android and iOS, and can be tailored by individual users and adapted to specific goals and aims, offering personal guidance based on personal data. Lifesum wants to make people healthier and happier by helping users to forge good habits on their journey towards a better lifestyle, as well as an improved overall quality of life.

As Accountant at Lifesum you will be in a dynamic environment in which we expect you to be able to maintain, improve and implement finance processes that helps us drive our company in the right direction. As we are growing rapidly, the responsibilities might vary over time and the role will also include ad hoc requests from both Management and other departments.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with Finance Director

• Together with Visma managing day-to-day operations (AP, AR, payment)

• Ensure timely and accurate closing

• Account reconciliations

• Revenue calculations

• Calculate and do activations and run depreciations

• Management and board reports

• Responsible for company purchases

• Prepare reports for budgeting and forecasting

• Audit liaison, be the point of contact with auditors

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as an Accountant, preferably from a start-up or a small-sized company

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Accounting/Finance

• Strong knowledge of Swedish GAAP

• Excellent skills in Excel and ERP systems, experience from Visma.net is a big plus

• Fluent in Swedish and English, oral and written. Company language is English and any other language skills are considered an advantage

• Go-getter with a solution-driven personality

• Detail-oriented, thorough and confident in what you do

• Be passionate about accounting and get annoyed if numbers don't add up
