We are looking for a new member to our Finance team that is located in central parts of Gothenburg, Sweden.

Key Responsibilities
Your main tasks will amongst others be to:
• Actively handle and control tasks and processes within the accounting function
• Maintain and control a healthy financial control environment within the Nordic region
• Lead initiatives to reach agreed KPIs relating to tasks within the accounting function
• Ensure compliance with local law and regulations, maintain and develop daily financial business procedures in line with global guidelines, relevant manuals and local SOPs
• Supervise and support accounting processes handled in our global service centre
• Play an active part of the accounting/controller team to ensure best practise sharing as well as improvement of processes and routines
• Various Ad-hoc tasks
Who we are looking for
The ideal candidate is/has:
• Service minded towards the team and rest of the organization
• A person who takes full accountability for the work you deliver
• In-depth knowledge of VAT, accounting and internal/external financial reporting
• An advanced SAP user
• At least 4+ years financial work experience
• Relevant educational background within Finance
• Preferably business knowledge about the logistics and transportation sector
• Fluent in written and spoken English
