Accountant for a small company in the Helsingborg area. The employment is a part-time job at 40-50% and starts relatively immideately.
The key targets of this employment is to reduce the workload of the manager and assist in the quality improvment and process optimization. You will be working with supplior invoices, accounts receivable, bank and cash, salaries, participate in monthly closing and reporting, tangible assets and inventory. The employment begins as a rental, but there are good chances for continued employment.

You will work closely with the company's accounting firm.The main responsibilitys of this employment are:
• Input all supplier invoices and make sure that they are paid on time, consider siganture and filing.
• Accounts receivable such as generate invoices, book accounts receivable, monitor overdue outstandning debts and report to manager.
• Book and reconcile bank accounts on a daily basis.
• Book the salaries and control holiday and illness.
• Support in monthly closing and quarterly reporting.
• Tangible asset such as establish an asset accounting and input all investments.
• Lead inventory process monthly and financial control of warehouse management.
Publiceringsdatum2014-04-16ProfilYou're a teamplayer with an outgoing personality. The position requires good organizational skills, detailorientation and ability to work independently. You're edaucated within finance - at least fron secondary school. The position requires 3-5 year of experience wihtin accouning, good knowledge of accounting rules and a good understanding of taxes and salaries.
You can definetely see yourself working in a small environment and you will enjoy working in a production company. You're required to have a good knowledge in Swedish and English in speach as well as in writing. You have previous experience from working in an ERP-system.
