hela Sverige We are now strengthening the Finance EMEA team that works with the accounting of the EMEA companies at Oatly. As an Accountant you will work mostly in the monthly closing process, common accounting tasks within bookkeeping, VAT reporting for different countries and SOX controls.
HERE ARE THE THINGS WE WANT YOU TO DO,
As an accountant at Oatly, you will work broadly with accounting for several of our companies and support our Senior Accountants with, among other things:
• Participation in the work with monthly, quaterly and annual closing
• VAT reporting for different countries
• EU-sales list
• Intrastat reporting for different countries
• Forward invoicing
• Rebooking of accruals and other bookings
• SOX Controls
You will have contact with authorities, auditors, as well as different parts of the organization within Oatly.
An exciting part of the position is also the ongoing work to develop and improve processes and routines within the department and further out into the Swedish and international organization.
HERE ARE THE THINGS WE THINK YOU NEED
• A degree in economics and at least 2-3 years' experience in accounting
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel
• Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing, Swedish is a qualification
• Experience in SOX Controls is a merit
• Having experience with the system D365 and Aaro is a merit
