And that's where you come in! We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join us, who will help us continue enabling data-driven decision-making, providing financial transparency and strategic input at Volumental.
What will you do?
• Own accounts receivable. Be in charge of the billing process, setting up new customers in the billing platform, adding and maintaining active subscriptions, creating billing runs and sending out invoices, as well as other tasks related to accounts receivable.
• Track that money is flowing in by monitoring accounts receivable, sending invoice reminders, creating reports - all in all ensuring that we are getting paid for the amazing value we are delivering to our customers around the world!
• Support management with internal expenses and claims by ensuring completeness and accuracy of these processes.
• Volumental has a strong recurring revenue, so you will be responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of our software licenses.
• Support management with the Capitalisation of R&D and the annual audit.
• You will team up with our in house senior accountant to create policies, routines, and experiment on different possibilities that support our team as it grows, aiming for efficient and scalable solutions.
• All the other things! One week you may be presenting financial metrics in a meeting and the next you might be finding out how to improve a current policy. We're growing, but we are still a scaleup and you need to thrive in an intense and very collaborative environment.
We are excited about you because...
• You have at least 2 years of experience working in a similar position with focus on accounts receivable. You feel comfortable with following some procedures the company might adopt, but you would also love to suggest and lead changes.
• You are organized and communicative, able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders while keeping track of administrative tasks happening at the same time.
• You are precise and analytical, able to see the big picture and sweat the small details. You enjoy getting things done while also focusing on accuracy.
• You are comfortable working in English and Swedish. Our customers are located all over the world and our team consists of many nationalities. This is part of what makes Volumental a great place to work!
