hela Sverige Since one of our colleagues will go outside the Group, we are looking for an Accountant to Holding Nordic Finance in Sweden. As an Accountant you will be a part of the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable team of two. Holding Nordic Finance consists of eight people and is responsible for the accounting to reporting of the parent company of the Atlas Copco Group. The team delivers as well finance support to the Group center functions located in Sickla including Group Treasury.
The Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable team has the following responsibilities:
Primary responsible for the accounts receivable
Processing of travel expenses
Contact with internal and external customers and suppliers.
Competence and reporting of VAT regulations
Processing of incoming and outgoing payments.
Processing of payments related to incentive program for expatriates.
Intercompany reconciliation in our Netting System and Group Reporting System.
Reconciliation of bank accounts in SAP.
Perform reconciliation of selected accounts.
Participate in the monthly closing and reporting process.
Support to the processing of vendor invoices when needed.
Mission
Safeguard the compliance in relation to Group rules such as The Way We Do Things and the company's prokura.
Suggest improvement of processes and routines to ensure efficiency and high quality.
Take the lead in digitalization of accounts receivable and processing of manual payment.
Additional information
This function is placed in Atlas Copco AB so you will be exposed to a multitude of other Group functions. You will be part of a team which is in favor of development and "There is always a better way". You will have the opportunity to acquire excellent accounting skills. Experience requirements
2-3 years of experience from a finance department, receivables and/or payables.
Educational requirements
Upper secondary level or similar diploma
Knowledge
Good knowledge in Accounting.
Good knowledge in local VAT regulations.
Good skills in Excel is a requirement.
Good level of English and Swedish, oral and written.
Experience of SAP is an advantage
