The Role
As Accountant - Accounts Receivable, you will be responsible for all Accounts receivable related tasks. You work closely together with a colleague who has similar tasks.
You will be a part of the Accounting team of 7 people and report to the Accounting Manager. You will work closely with and support the sales department.
Detailed job description
• Credit assessment of new customers
• Invoicing
• Book incoming payments
• Take action on over due receivables (reminders, forward to collection agency)
• Account reconciliation
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Contact with customers, sales department and Filippa K's agents on some markets
Suitable background
Filippa K is looking for someone who has had a similar role for at least 4 years and has a relevant education. To enjoy this role, you should be flexible, humble, structured, communicative and able to independently take responsibility from start to finish.
Fluency in both Swedish and English is required and you have good knowledge of Excel.
