Job Description
We are looking for a Senior account payable specialist to the Global Accounts Payable department. You will have a key role in leading and developing the accounts payable processes by sharing your learnings and knowledge to develop and improve our way of working.
Our client offers a challenging role with the opportunity to influence the ways of working within global accounting. You will play a key role in transforming their AP department and will be given lot of responsibility from day one. Your work will be carried out in close collaboration with the AP Department Manager with the joint goal of aligning their internal stakeholders to achieve the most efficient setup of the department.
The Accounts Payable department (AP) is a global department within the Finance & Accounting function that works closely together with both internal and external stakeholders. Their department is on a transformation journey with a focus on automating and centralizing their AP processes.
Your to do list includes:
• Be a project manager in appointed AP areas
• Having a global responsibility by leading the daily operation in the global Accounts Payable team including the Shared Service Center.
• Ensure quality within your area through guidance of other accounting departments and functions

Admission and Application
Full time position. The position will start 2021-02-22 (there is a possibility of earlier start) and the assignment is expected to run to 2021-08-31 with possibility of extension.
