hela Sverige Are you an administrative ninja who enjoys creating effective structures in your daily work? Do you also have an eye for details and making sure everything is correctly handled in the system? This is an administrative role where you are responsible for publishing our partner's menus and photos at the right time and on the right place on our platform.
Your tasks will also include updating and changing menus and photos for our partners. You will work in a team with other Account Operations Agents who will make your days filled with energy and fun! Does this sound like a custom-made role for you? Apply right away!
This role is a temporary position of 6 months
WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO
• Add menus and photos in our system for both new and existing partners
• Make sure menus and photos are up-to-date
• Update and change menus for our existing partners when needed
YOU ARE
• Structured - You structure your day in the most effective way and you can create structure in a fast-moving environment
• Self-Reliant - You grab new tasks before someone asks you to and you like to work independently and drive your own work forward. Even if you work in a team this is important as you are responsible for different partners
• Meticulous - You are always meticulous in your work, it is important for you that things are done correctly and with care
• Responsible - You like to take responsibility and you feel comfortable doing that
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Preferably you have previous experience in working with administration or service, where the customer is in focus
• You communicate fluently verbally and in writing in Swedish and English, additional language skills in Arabic, Turkish or similar is meritorious
• It's easy for you to learn new systems and you have a big interest in learning
• Experience from Excel, Google Sheets and Salesforce is meritorious
• Experience from the restaurant industry is a plus
Start date: March/April
