Responsibilities
As an Account Manager with Qbrick, your main objective is to build and expand the market position for the Qbrick products. You will become part of the Qbrick Sales team, which includes teams across Scandinavia and in Europe. You will be offered an exciting and challenging career opportunity, with great potential for personal development and success.
Currently we are looking to hire for two positions - 1 Junior Account Manager and 1 Account Manager. Depending on your background and personality, together we will decide which position would be most suitable for you.
The responsibilities will include:
• Create meetings with clients
• Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular close contact account management which will include regular face to face meetings, telephone and email communication.
• Ensure clients demands to be satisfied
• Sell standard Qbrick solutions
Of course you will receive extensive training in the Qbrick product line and our successful Qbrick sales methodology - Qbrick Way of Sales. An important first step will be to understand and learn our product portfolio, and we expect you to have strong capabilities in transforming this new knowledge into successful sales initiatives.
For the right candidate, the position as Junior Account Manager/Account Manager typically grows into a Key Account Manager role, in charge of a portfolio of clients.
Qualifications
No matter your background, we expect you to be excellent at what you do. First and foremost you are dynamic and entrepreneurial, and a “hunter type†that would crawl in through the window, should the door be closed. The ability to see opportunities, overcome challenges and create results will be crucial. You are a person who takes on responsibility, work hard and with a great level of personal confidence.
The position calls for strong sales skills, as well as the capability to understand new technologies and convert these into relevant opportunities of sale. Specific knowledge of streaming media services, cloud base software solutions and/or Internet Industry background will be counted as an extra qualification.
We have no formal requirements in terms of education, a proven track record of performance is more important. You will need to document the ability to build and grow business.
You are fluent in Swedish and English, in speech as well as in writing. The corporate language in Qbrick is English.
