JOB DESCRIPTION - What we offer
The Potentialpark group (Potentialpark, Entrypark and iHipo) is looking for three Account Managers to help our clients to improve their employer branding and recruitment marketing to attract, recruit and retain the right talent on a global level.
As an Account Manager, your job will be to initiate and develop client relationships, both via telephone and during live business meetings. This requires strong negotiation and inter-personal skills. Once a relationship is established, you will take part in project management and final deliveries while continuously engaging in business development. In order to support our sales efforts, there are various sales and marketing activities you will participate in and eventually drive yourself. You will get first-hand experience from working with well-known international corporations, brand names and top academic institutions. You will negotiate with clients from different cultural backgrounds and work in an international and dynamic team.
Three positions are currently open: One within the German market, one within the US market, one within the French market. For each of these positions, you will report into the Country Manager. Additionally, you will investigate the potential of a new market (Italy, Spain, Benelux, Turkey, Canada, your suggestion.)

What we are looking for:
• Previous work experience and success in sales and/or marketing is a plus
• University education, preferably with a degree
• Fluency in English (mandatory), French (mandatory for the French market position only) and German (mandatory for the German market position only), every extra language is a plus (in line with the new market investigation)
• Positive and communicative, able to smile face-to-face or over the phone
• Dynamic and communicative, able to dispatch energy among the team
• Confident and creative team-player who takes initiative
