Our customer is now looking for an Account Manager-Nordic placed in Malmö or in Stockholm.

You will represent, coordinate and orchestrate a unified solutions approach to the client, focusing on IP related services within CPA (i.e. Core Services, Software, and Discover). In addition, the candidate will be able to introduce a broader product portfolio to the respective client pool with CPA's IP and legal support services (IPLSS). The performance is measured on hard quota for IP related services. 

Principal Duties and Accountabilities

• Meet sales targets as defined by the company each year.
• Combine new sales activity, revenue growth and client retention activity to deliver against both, short and long-term business targets.
• Provide leadership during face-2-face meetings with existing and prospective customers.
• Define account strategy and provide the leadership to execute against the targets.
• Develop and expand senior level relationships with prospects and existing clients.
• Generate sales proposals ensuring they meet customers' requirements and expectations, working with other business units as required.
• Provide regular sales and market feedback to the company's board and senior management team.
• Record of all sales related activities in CPA's sales management system SF.com to ensure ongoing forecasting.
• Provide guidance to internal company projects to aid the development of business and improve process efficiencies.
• Perform other activities at the request of the line manager. 

Key Skills and Experience

You will have at least 5 years sales experience in a complex solution sales environment.

• Experience selling £M+ solutions incorporating a degree of BPO or general outsourcing.
• Proven track record of success against targets.
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English, able to negotiate in both languages flawlessly.
• Additional foreign languages considered useful.
• Educated to degree level, ideally beyond.

• Excellent time management and prioritisation.
• Employ a consultative sales methodology.
• Be comfortable with extensive travel as may be required. Stable work history with suitable references.
