Do you have a passion for developing and retaining customers?

Right now we are expanding our Account Management department in Gothenburg and we are on the hunt for a new Account Manager. As an Account Manager at APSIS you will be a key player in developing and managing our existing medium to large sized accounts thus expanding the APSIS market share and customer satisfaction in his/her account portfolio. Selling Apsis products is fun since customers know us and our brand is very strong. APSIS is a successful and quickly growing company, so you can expect a fun, challenging and dynamic working environment.

Your tasks:

• Keep in touch with APSIS existing customersto help them use APSIS products to the maximum
• Discuss customer's situation in marketing and email marketing
• Suggest solutions based on customers needs
• Challenge customerswith your deep understanding of their business; push their thinking and take control of the sales conversation.
• Engage and develop a strong networkwith key influencers within the customer community.
• Independently identify upsell possibilities to existing named customers and proactively search new opportunities within named customer's' organization (new units, new subsidiaries etc).

Skills and experience:

• Have previously worked with B2B sales.
• Strong business orientation and ability to identify opportunities with customer accounts.
• Ability to execute successful sales plans within complex and sometimes technical customer cases.
• We expect you to be fluent in Swedish (written and spoken) and have good communication skills in English.
