Our client is growing and now they are looking to recruit a Account manager Web production to further strengthen their team!
Our client is a worldwide, creative company, a top global advertising agency network. They opened an office in Stockholm during the second quarter of 2013 and work across all the Nordic markets. They are particularly proud of their works within retail experience and social media and how they help clients create branded shopper interactions in a digital, content and social world driven by the best user experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Web Publisher to manage and work directly with a strong team of Web Producers.
The Account Manager Web Production is responsible for running the daily operations of the team and is main contact for handling requests from the client.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Guide, train and motivate a team of 3 Web Publishers
• Establish confident relationship and maintain effective communication link with the client
• Overseeing and managing the content calendar
• Managing content changes, including searching for source files
• Process content updates and provide weekly content list to delete/upload
• Manage communication between the Central Web Production Team at EHQ and your team in Sweden
• Improve and develop publishing process
• Be happy, smile, and bring a positive attitude to the office.
Your background:
• 2+ years of Web Production experience
• Experience in account or/and project management
• Knowledge of Content Management Systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Exceptional time management skills including the ability to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities.
