We have the overall responsibility to create economy of scales and development on global level to achieve overall regional profitability and customer satisfaction, manly within Retail, Food and Beverage. Retail and Food Services procure and source all onboard products through the purchasing company in Malmö. In addition to the Stena Line fleet and border shops ashore we supply retail and food products to a number of external customers. In the end, we support all our customers with their sales and services by ensuring they have the right products to deliver on our concepts.

What will you do?
As Account Manager your main goal is to increase growth and profitability by developing long-term relationships with our clients. You will use the Stena Line business priorities, knowledge of our assortment, trends, competition and the customers' situations to develop the business in Scandinavia. Even if Scandinavia is your main scene we think it is essential that you contribute to the business development globally by using your knowledge as a specialist.
Some of your responsibilities
• Account responsibility for our external customers
• Responsible for making sure we live up to our agreement
• Ensure that our customers is satisfied with our general service
• Keeping our customer updated with all relevant information including deliveries, price and assortment updates
• Act as the main point of contact for the Scandinavian business regions/routes and vessels.
• Coordinate local assortment for the region and work in close cooperation with the product managers and other business critical functions to optimize the common and regional assortment mix
• Working towards financial targets

The must have's:
• Service and business minded. Several years of experience and good track record from similar positions
• Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken
• Being able to interpret and follow terms and agreements
