About the job & the team

inRiver is expanding its Services team to support the continued growth. You will be a part of a global Services team in Malmö supporting Cloud based PIM solutions in a fast moving and high growth market.

As the first Account Manager at inRiver, reporting to the VP Services, there will be great opportunities to contribute to the development of this part of the Services team. You will have a great degree of freedom to organize, plan and execute your work. inRiver Services Account team will manage and maintain Customer agreements as well as agreement related activities and ensure that commitments are met and tracked. The team will, in a data driven manner, work proactively to find new opportunities and analyse usage trends, feeding call-to-actions to others such as Sales and Customer Success, helping Customers through their Customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

Administration, maintenance and content management of agreements

Assistance with negotiation of agreements and issuing quotes

Using data to identify upsell opportunities and transform opportunities to actionable tasks

Creation and management of upsell programs

Analysis of usage data to elevate the Customer journey

Creating call-to-actions for Customer Success

Measurement and follow-up of established goals and KPIs

Requirements

• +3 years' experience in customer facing roles such as sales, customer success or support

• Proven track record of execution and organizational achievements

• Language;
• Native Swedish speaking

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Location: Malmö

• Ability to travel up to 25 %

It will be considered an additional qualification if you also have:

• Experience from working with sales in SaaS software within E-Commerce, WCMS or Marketing software

• Experience from working with sales in software within E-Commerce, WCMS or Marketing software

• Experience working within PIM

• Language: German and/or Dutch
