FindCourses PRO provide companies with customized training portals where they get help throughout the whole process from search/compare training to the actual booking and payment. We provide a global solution and at the moment we are present in: The Nordics, France, Germany, UK, Canada, and the United States.

The position
An Account Manager at EMG is an energetic,enthusiastic, independent and dedicated person with the responsibility todevelop sales and relationships with both existing customers as well as newprospects. Initially, as we are aiming to grow the number of customers, youwill focus on attracting new customers to Findcourses PRO and later on alsohandle your own customer accounts. We are looking for someone who has greatconsultative selling skills, are used to working with the whole sales processfrom prospecting to closing the deal. You have experience of working towardslarge multinational companies with several stakeholders.

The team is based in Stockholm and travel toEurope and USA for client meetings a few days per year is required.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop sales independently
• Reaching your sales goals
• New business and account management
• Work with the Sales Manager develop sales and execute sales and marketing strategies

Who are we looking for?

• 1-2 years of sales and/or cold calling experience

• Experience of long sales cycles (6 months - 3 years)

• Experience of selling to large multinational companies with several stakeholders

• Experience of selling SaaS is a plus

• Proven ability to consistently hit sales targets

• Used to take responsibility and work independently

• Meritorious if you have worked with public tenders

• Educated to a degree level

• Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English
