The position as Account Manager
As an Account Manager New Busniess you are responsible to uphold and build strong relationships with new clients. You will be working with consultative selling and be responsible for understanding client needs and creating business solution to help them market themselves through our platforms. As a member of EMG International Team you will be working with a young, dynamic and exciting international group, based at EMG 's headquarters in Stockholm. Ambition, drive and great ideas help us make our goals!

Responsibilities:

Responsible for prospecting, pitching, presenting and closing new business
Developing a client portfolio in the long-term, having revenue and account growth responsibility
Developing market knowledge and customer information to help plan and implement best practice strategies for future market and account growth
Reaching monthly, quarterly and half yearly sales targets

Who are we looking for?

You love working with sales and people, both clients and coworkers
You are educated to a bachelor degree level or equivalent
You have 1-2 years experience in sales, preferably selling services B2B
You are a self-starter who is highly motivated, have strom interpersonal skills and collaborate effectively in a team environment
Have a proven track record in hitting challenging targets.
You are fluent in both written and spoken French and good knowledge in English

To be successful in this position you are self-motivated, service oriented, and enjoy working towards set goals, both quantitative and qualitative. You are structured, organised and have excellent communication skills, both with colleagues and clients. You like and enjoy the challenge of working in a changing environment. You manage your time effectively, are attentive to detail and enjoy working towards deadlines. You will be part of a young, energetic and international company where hard work pays off.
