Account Manager to a large customer

As one of our high valued employees is moving on to new challenges, we are now looking for a new Account Manager. The main objective of this position is to be responsible for managing the delivery of recruitment service for contract labor, between external suppliers and the customer using a management/purchase system called b2bBuyer. MSX is the MSP (Managed Service Provider) for a large automotive company in Gothenburg. The Account Manager acts as the main point of contact for the customer, dealing with all issues and concerns and escalating to appropriate areas when necessary.
The Account Manager also functions as a team leader for the support team consisting of three members to ensure that the team follows customer processes, business rules and SLA (Service Level Agreement).
Details of the position:
Full time office based position in central Gothenburg. Start date as soon as possible.
Main job assignments:
Responsible for Customer communication and satisfaction;
• Overall responsible for the relationship and the communication with our customer. This can be in the form of meetings, training sessions and reports.
• Responsible for creating ad hoc reports upon customer request. Analyze and make recommendations of quarterly reports.
• Weekly meetings with the customer purchase department regarding daily operations, business rules, processes and customer issues.
• Ensure that the quality of the service is achieved and continuously improved, thinking strategic and being proactive.
• Create and maintain customer relationships within all departments. Stay informed and support with current projects and ongoing issues.
Responsible for the team in Gothenburg;
• Deliver consistent leadership to the team and inform the team of any current customer issues.
• Respond to any changes by developing and adjusting the processes within the support team ? for continuous improvement.
• Deal with HR issues within the team, such as holiday requests, employee development, plans, recruitment etc
To participate in Sales efforts;
• Identify any opportunities for organic growth within current customer.
• Assist with external sales for potential new customers when necessary.
Required experience and Personal Characteristics
• University degree
• Consultant business knowledge
• Positive, confident and dedicated to your work
• Structured and well organized
• Leadership skills and good interpersonal skills
• Very good Swedish and English (both written and verbal)
• Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office
• System administration
