Account Manager Sweden & Finland

In recent years, Bugaboo's creative entrepreneurial drive has resulted in a rapid global expansion. To further continue this growth, we are recruiting for an Account Manager Sweden & Finland to join our Nordics Sales team.

In this role you will build, manage and maintain account relationships in Sweden and Finland, to achieve sales value and margins along with the objectives of corporate strategy. There is specific focus on exploring and developing the business potential in Finland. You will be part of and work remotely with the Nordics Sales Team, which is partially located in Amsterdam and Stockholm. By the nature of your position the majority of your working hours may be on the road or at the premises of clients. The remaining hours you will work from your home office located in or near Stockholm.

the following tasks apply to the job

• responsible for the execution of sales plans, targets and budgets within Sweden and Finland and in line with global sales strategy;
• develop and maintain strong account relationships, working effectively with retail partners to 'know their business' and provide 'first point of contact';
• provide excellent account management, utilizing sales tools such as assortment plans and accurate customer records. Communicate and inform retail partners of forthcoming marketing strategies, to ensure effective product sell-ins and coordination of product release at retail;
• accountable for development and execution of yearly account calendar;
• responsible for up-to-date product knowledge and retailer staff training;
• identify and secure new accounts, mainly in Finland, by contracting dealers not yet established with Bugaboo;
• provide support and assistance to Finance, Logistics and Customer Services, on issues such as credit and distribution, to optimize mutual cooperation.

Requirements
• at least 5 years experience in a dynamic work field preferably within a premium retail environment;
• proven track record in sales;
• experience within a retail environment.
• understanding of dynamics in an international company;
• well organized, self-starter, work independently;
• strong communication skills, both internally and externally;
• ability to solve problems;
• willingness to travel 60 - 80%;
• driver's license;
• occasionally flexible working hours required (for example due to events, launches etc.);
• fluency in written and verbal Swedish and English. Finnish is a pre;
• fulltime availability;
• located in - or within the vicinity of - Stockholm.
