hela Sverige We at Nordex are offering an exciting role as Service Account Manager for Sweden, Norway and Denmark. This role gives the opportunity to join an exciting company whos core business will be part of sustaining the future for our planet and working towards slowing climate change. There are just under 50 of us who work at Nordex Sweden in various roles in Sales, Service, HSE, Administration etc. This role will be based in our Uppsala office, where around 25 of us sit at the moment.As a manufacturer of onshore wind turbines, we have been successful for over 30 years in an industry with a big future. As an Account manager in Nordex you would be mainly responsible for ensuring a good relationship with our existing clients in Sweden, Norway and Denmark by ensuring they get the best service possible from Nordex. What we see important is that you like to work in a dynamic and agile environment and like to work as part of a team working in the same direction. You would keep yourself up to date on the contractual conditions of our service agreements and support with commercial customer requests and topics. In this role you would work as part of the Service back-office team and closely with the service field teams departments that work on the windturbines that we have in Sweden, Norway and Denmark. The role includes frequent traveling to customer meetings etc. within North Europe. The tasks include:* Receive and manage service agreement requests* Responsible for After Sales order intake of the service area* Provide consultation to customers in, among other things, contract issues* Make calculations and produce quotes for customers* Actively work for long-term cooperation with the company's customers, propose service agreements when applicable* Ensure customer satisfaction, handle any complaints in a satisfactory manner* Resume cooperation with former contract customers, work relationship creation * Key contact person of clients for commercial and contractual issues for a defined customer portfolio * Organize frequent and special customer meetings* Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction* Knowledge Transfer of Maintenance Service Agreement-contractual scope to the operational function (LOM, ASM, etc.)
