What we do
• We go to interview candidates around the globe
• We listen carefully to our customers to be able to match their needs with the most suitable candidates
• We test our candidates as well as interview them

We have several larger and smaller software companies as customers and over the last few months we have found new jobs for candidates originating from Italy, Vietnam, Serbia, India, Bulgaria, Iran and Sweden. HiQ uses us to test their candidates for developer positions.

:: Job Description ::

As Account manager at Software Skills you will be an important part of our team and have a big influence in how we work. You will have a main role in sales with a lot of responsibility. You will also work part of the time with recruiting.

Main work tasks:
• Book meetings with potential clients by making sales calls.
• Business meetings with potential clients, presenting our company and what we may do for them.
• Follow up on potential clients, keeping contact and creating interest.
• Administration of sales projects.

Potential work tasks:
• Search of candidates for open positions.
• Interviewing candidates.
• Administration of recruitment projects.

:: Skills and Expertise ::

Required personality traits:
• Great social skills
• Strong and quick in communication
• Positive spirit
• A passion for sales
• Good command of Swedish and English

Desired knowledge:
• More or less experience in sales, preferably business-to-business and cold calls.
