To grow our success in the bioMérieux Nordic countries we are looking for an Account Manager Pharma Nordic. You will be an important asset contributing to the Nordic Industry Team. You will report directly to the Nordic Sales Manager Industry based in Denmark.
Job description
As Account Manager Pharma you will sell bioMérieux microbiological product range, including reagents, instruments and services in the Pharma, cosmetics, water & Biotech Market to existing and new clients. To implement the sales strategy by establishing and maintaining long term relations within the sales and marketing guidelines. To build a network amongst the decision makers (QA,QC,C-suite, consultants,..) and give a boost to the sales pipeline. This demands a high commitment, self-driven, result and customer oriented personality.
Main responsibilities
• Reach the sales budget, within the setting of the sales strategy and the quality guidelines
• Identifying and developing new business relationships and customer networks
• Maintaining existing business relationships and customer networks
• Promotes product lines by presenting product information to all potential customers
within the territory
• Follow-up quotations and close deals
• Collects and forwards to management market information including competitive promotions, contract prices, new products, new applications and customer needs
• Work closely together with all internal divisions that are involved in the selling process
Profile
• Bachelor / Master degree in microbiology and biotechnology
• Minimum of 3 years of positive sales experience
• Good understanding of the Pharma microbiology market is an advantage
• Fluent communication skills in Swedish or Danish and English are mandatory
• Self-driven and innovative
• Personal profile characterized by customer focus, result focus, solution orientation and service minded approach
• Good interpersonal skills and cultural awareness
• IT literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office Suite is mandatory
