On behalf of our client, a global Life Science and Material Science Company, we are looking for an Account Manager towards the paint and coatings market in the Nordic region.

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing the existing client portfolio as well as identifying and developing new opportunities and projects. Sales are based on long-term relationships with the customers, where you will be able to use your technical expertise and experience to translate customer needs into technical solutions. You will start working with smaller accounts and as you gradually grow into the role, you will also work with the large accounts. Kvalifikationer
We are looking for an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial and self-motivated sales person with the following qualifications:

• You have a degree in a Science or Engineering discipline (preferably in chemistry).

• You have at least 2-3 years experience of working as a professional.

• If you have experience from working in the paint and coating industry (for example as an employee of a paint company and/or raw material supplier to the coating industry) we see it as a great advantage.

• We see it as an advantage but not a requirement if you have prior sales- or negotiating experience.

• You master both Swedish (or alternatively Danish or Norwegian) and English in speech and writing.

• You have a valid driver's license.

• You are innovative and creative in managing projects and finding new business opportunities.

• You have excellent social and communication skills as well as a profound commercial interest.

You will operate from our sales office in Landskrona, or from a home office. You will travel 70-80 days/year (predominately day trips). You will report to the Key Account Manager, based in Sweden. Terms and conditions of employment as well as fringe benefits are up to market standards.
