We are looking for a field based Account Manager to join our team in Sweden. You will be based in Stockholm and cover the surrounding region. Travel will occur in this position.

Key Responsibilities

You will be required to follow up with new and existing customers through customer meetings, presentations and demonstrations of products. When selling Shell lubricants you will have access to technical support that will help and support you in your work of selling one of the best products in the market. You have a thorough knowledge of all trends and variances to budget and ensure targets and budget are being met. Identify lost business and produce forward plans.

We Are Looking For

We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for sales and hunter mentality for generating new business. Previous experience from a similar role in B2B is essential and if you additionally have B2C experience this is an advantage. We regard it as an advantage if you have experience from or knowledge of the lubricants business. You are highly organized and are used to working in the Office-package. Experience of SAP is desired.

You have an outgoing personality, a service minded nature and enjoy a fast paced working environment. You have the ability to see the customer?s needs and expectations and to create trusting relationships. You have an understanding of working in an international environment and are confident working in English in both speech and writing. It is a requirement that you are fluent in one Nordic language. A good understanding of all Nordic languages is seen as an advantage. You have a valid driver?s license.
