Role Scope:
• The provision of focused Distribution sales channel management and aggressive development for the Power Tools business in Scandinavia.
• The development of a high performing sales network delivering effective market coverage through industrial distribution, dealers and national Industrial Suppole (NIS)
• Drive profitable growth and market share through the strong and forceful development and implementation of business strategies aligned to the companys LRP and AOP goals.     

Detailed Responsibilities:
• Meet/exceed commitments on bookings, revenues and gross margins to deliver on forecasts and AOP.
• Creation of long term successful business partnerships based on the principles of mutual benefit.
• Development of individual Distributor business development plans following the DSMP process.
• Deployment and active management of the DVP tool to drive distributor behaviour and performance.
• Provision of effective territory coverage through account development/termination/additions.
• Effective, appropriate and timely management of the day to day administrative account issues.
• Business trend, product loyalty and product mix management and reporting through the use of BI.
• Submission of accurate forecasting for completes bookings by Distributor and product line.
• Providing commercial, technical and application support to distributors and key end users.
• Enhance end user market intimacy through frequent contact with key customers and vertical markets.
• Monitoring of competitor activity and its communication back to marketing/sales management.
• Drive promotional activity with distributors ensuring commitment and effective delivery to the market.

•          Champion the regional coordination and communication of new product launches.
• market intelligence gathering to enable competitive benchmarking and value proposition positioning       

Technical Skills / Work Experience:
• Degree required, preferably in Engineering or Business related disciplines.
• Experience in market development and aggressive businesses growth
• Proven track record in Distribution Sales management, (3-5 Years).
• Prior experience in Distribution Channel development. Working with Distribution at end user level.
• Technical appreciation of compressed airproducts and applications      

Personal Skills:
• Team player.
• Proven track record of delivering results, both financial and behavioral, in difficult economic times.
• Dynamic self-starter with the ability to function independently in pursuit of strategic goals and objectives.
• Comfortable with extensive travel as a core part of the role (up to 80%).
• Demonstrable strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship building and influencing skills.
• Well-organized relative to time and territory management, and associated administrative functions.
• Ability to prioritize and work the necessary hours to effectively execute the job responsibilities.
• Proficient in computer related skills; Microsoft Office applications.
