Arbetsuppgifter
In this role you will be part of the TTB Sweden sales team and report to the Sales Director Nordics. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Account Manager in a B2B environment. Focus of this role is to develop business relationship with companies possessing of commercial fleet in Sweden, consulting them on fulfilling their needs and signing contracts. Target customers are companies with fleets of small commercial vehicles (LCV), Heavy goods vehicles (HGV) and cars.
• Set up and manage an indirect sales channel. Find and manage resellers.
• Direct and indirect sales to B2B customers in Sweden with commercial fleets. We support resellers in their market approach,
• Managing existing customers and develop business opportunities with new accounts,
• Develop and implement a sales plan that will generate a pipeline of opportunities at small and large companies with vehicles in the Sweden,
• Responsible for the agreed sales targets in the region,
• To work with the Marketing team to devise and support an appropriate plan to realize the targets.
• Build up a relationship with Resellers and System Integrators,

Bakgrund
• HBO or University degree,
• Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in a B2B channel environment is required.
• Preferred market knowledge and experience of areas relating to: service industries, fleet management, logistics, transportation, electronics, telecommunications, hi-technology, vertical software.
• Experienced in direct and indirect sales.
• Fluent in Swedish and English (verbal and written)
Personal:
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships at all levels within the target Accounts, both at director level and Operational level.
• Ability to identify and build pipeline and close deals.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and dynamic presentation skills. Able to develop productive relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
• Driven and ambitious; real passion for the products, market and results.
