hela Sverige Experience of working in Global delivery models with hands on experience in selling IT services.Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsEnsure consistent increase in customer satisfaction ratings on a year on year basis.Develop trusted advisory relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors, Develop good working relationships with Channel partners, Product Vendors in accordance with sales plan. Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesGovernance of existing engagements with customer stakeholders in accordance with the contract, manage customer escalations. Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotasForecast and track key account metrics (eg quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)Prepare reports on account status, own and track account plans, manage and update CRM systemCollaborate within the sales team to identify and grow new opportunities within the territory, Negotiate contracts and close agreements in compliance with organization's profit margins. Excellent English Proficiency is mandatory, proficiency in Swedish will be an added advantage, but not mandatory. Prior experience in an Onsite-offshore delivery model, working with delivery teams in India will be a merit.
