We are now looking for an Account Manager to strengthen our Commercial organisation and drive long-term customer success across markets.
In this role, you will take ownership of our existing customers, ensuring strong relationships, measurable value delivery and operational excellence.
What can you expect?
As an Account Manager at Visiba, you will play a central role in ensuring customer growth, retention and satisfaction. You will act as the primary point of contact for your accounts and work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and value creation.
Your responsibilities will include:
Own and manage a portfolio of existing customers across markets
Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and retention in both Sweden and UK
Be responsible for internal and external KPI reporting
Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen customer value and expand usage
Provide hands-on support to customers when needed, ensuring their operational needs are met
Act as the link between customers and internal teams (Product, Support, Commercial)
Lead mobilisations and onboarding initiatives in the UK
Ensure customer KPI success through structured, data-driven follow-ups
This is a broad and hands-on role where customer care, structured follow-up and commercial mindset go hand in hand.
Who you are
We believe you:
Have 3+ years of experience within Account Management, preferably in a SaaS environment and/or health care
Are structured, organised and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders
Have strong presentation and communication skills
Are proactive and confident driving initiatives from start to finish
Can prioritise independently and align your work with strategic objectives
Are a natural relationship-builder who genuinely enjoys understanding people and tailoring your approach to their needs
Are fluent in English and Swedish in speech and writing
Extra merit if you have:
Experience from HealthTech or the healthcare sector
Project management experience
Understanding of the UK healthcare market
