We are now looking for an Account Manager for our existing and new customers in the region.

About the job
As an Account Manager at Novacura, you will work in a role that spans the Scandinavian region in a company with a unique global position. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our solutions. Besides acting as a liaison between our customers and the relevant departments accountable for the delivery of our products and services, you will pro-actively support in the development of new business and support ongoing customer projects. Your responsibilities include:

• Foster strong client relationships, understanding their needs and positioning Novacura solutions effectively.

• Identify upselling opportunities, working with the sales team for revenue growth.

• Communicate client feedback for continuous improvement.

• Proactively manage contract renewals, aiming for long-term relationships through transparent communication.

• Stay informed about industry trends to position Novacura as a trusted advisor.

You will be part of Novacura's global Sales Team and report to our Sales Director.

About you
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our team as an Account Manager. Success in this role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication, and strong collaboration skills. You should possess the ability to cultivate and sustain robust client relationships, demonstrating a results-driven approach focused on achieving sales targets and ensuring client satisfaction. In addition, you have:

• Experience in the role of Account Manager, ERP/Business Consultant or similar

• Project management skills and a good understanding of agile development

• Fluent in English and Swedish (written and spoken)

• Willingness to travel on occasion

Experience with project and/or application management involving IFS Applications is meritorious.
