Lantmännen Biorefineries, is pursuing to increase and develop the sales of food ingredients. The company is characterized by an entrepreneurial spirit within the framework of a large corporation. For our commodity ingredients, we are in the process of increasing the business through a greater market presence, where this role will play an important role.
This is what you will do
As an Account Manager, you will be working with sales on both a domestic and international level and be a crucial part of managing and building our business. Our customers are both manufacturers of foods, beverages, and food supplements but also distributors all around the world. In this role, your focus will be on gluten in large volumes as a commodity ingredient. You will have sales responsibility for existing customers, but your focus will be on finding new leads and converting them into customers.
The position is located at one of our sites in either Norrköping, Stockholm or Lidköping. You will report to Sales Manager Food Ingredients. The position will require occasionally traveling and you will be able to plan your travels yourself.
This is what you need to succeed
You have:
- Experience within sales, preferably in the area of food, ingredients or functional food on an international level.
- An understanding of the logistics/economics around bulk/commodities.
- A desire to build business and learn the trade.
- A relevant post-secondary education.
- Strong communications skills in English, both written and spoken. Swedish is a plus.
You are:
- A person with a high energy level and drive, who takes initiatives, and sets and reach goals.
- Independent and good at driving your work forward.
- Curious and innovative. You enjoy exploring new solutions and approaches, which you also know how to structure when needed.
- Analytical and solution-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
