As an Account Manager you will be responsible for selling AAC services and solutions to potential prospect customers ? targeting in winning them over as future Key Accounts. You will work in close cooperation with all AAC business units and the rest of the New Customer sales team to analyze client needs, match with AAC strategy and markets to build a tailored offering to meet those needs.
In this position, you will be involved in selling our:
• Translation & localization solutions and services
• Blended learning services for languages, cultures & communication
• Organizational development solutions & services for solid international collaboration and ways of working
The focus will be on screening and winning over new major customers for AAC Global. This role involves consultative B2B sales, and requires successful collaboration skills with both project teams and top management.
Job requirements:
• More than 5 years experience in the B2B sale of service products in an international environment.
• Experience in selling at least one of the above solution areas, preferably Translation & localization solutions and services
• You have the ability to understand business needs and are enthusiastic and proactive about developing solutions for customers
• You communicate and give presentations clearly in both English and Swedish, verbally and in writing.
• Experience from the ICT-industry is valued.
• You are interested in working in an international environment and willing to learn new things
• Willingness to travel occasionally in Sweden and abroad
Ideally, you have a polytechnic or university degree, and/or can sufficiently demonstrate successful work experience in a comparable position.
