Purpose of the role:

The Account Manager's role within international clients is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers and develop new business from existing clients. The Account Manager is responsible for creating long-term, trusting relationships with our clients. Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with clients, connecting with key stakeholders, and preparing sales reports. Account Managers also answer client queries and quoting requests. In this role, the Account Manager will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience. The Account Manager is part of Commercial and report to the Head of International Business.



Main Duties & Responsibilities:

* Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters such as contract issues, retention activities and sales opportunities.

Example:

* Discuss client issues by e-mail, phone calls, and meetings
* Responsible for quoting on International Clients (MNC + Global <25) segment and follow-up on placing orders
* Answer Customer queries in OCM Queue and within shared email box
* Follow up retention activities via retention flow
* Responsible on hygienics in SalesForce (Golden Rules)
* Transferring of vehicles between different entities
* Network internal to handle client issues
* Liaise with International KAM of MNC + Global clients to improve local client relationship and fleet movements.



* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
* Negotiate contracts and close agreements with existing clients to maximize profit and client satisfaction
* take over new customers from the Sales team
* Working closely with the New Customer Sales team
* Prepare reports and analysis if needed for relationship management with our customers or for internal company purposes
* To follow up the offers sent to customers to guarantee the order
* Develop trusted advisor relationships with assigned accounts, client stakeholders and executive sponsors to increase client satisfaction and LeasePlan growth
* Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives, in accordance with our SLA's
* Responsible that client information in NOLS and SFA is updated on segmented International Business clients with information including contact person, customer information, policies, etc.
* Ensure that all" non standards" of agreements are communicated to stakeholders, and that information regarding "non standards" are available in SFA or relevant system
* Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
* Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales, retention and NPS targets
* Handle challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
* Participate in internal activities and projects





Knowledge/Skills:

* Proven work experience of complex problem- & service solution within B2B
* Excellent skills and knowledge on NOLS and SFA (OCM)
* Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence stakeholders at all levels
* Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office
* Being self-organized and being able to prioritize
* Experience in delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
* Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to details
* Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English



Qualifications:

* Minimum 2 years of sales, account management, customer service or other relevant experience
* Fluent in English both verbal and writing
* Driving license
