The Sales team's main responsibilities are to make sure that ELK's clients are getting an excellent service and to support the clients' growth.We believe you have/are:Excellent communication and people skills.Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and deliver on deadlines.Have a basic understanding of casino games.Previous experience from the gaming industry is a plus but not essential.Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing).We value if you are:Passionate about customer service and salesResult driven but with a prestige less mindsetSolution-oriented with an innovative and creative thinkingPrepared to work hard to achieve maximum results The Account Manager's role is to manage and drive the business with a group of assigned clients, which include the following key responsibilities:You will be responsible for:Driving account management for a group of clients.Acting as the leading point of contact for all customer account matters.Building and maintain long-term trustworthy client relationships.Keeping customers well informed and updated of ELK Studios product offering.Consistently provide high quality customer service.Understanding clients' different needs to meet their individual queries.Identifying areas of improvement with existing clients to increase profit.Communicate and report account status directly to the Sales Manager.Represent the company at sales events and customer meetings.
