Centra is looking for an Account Manager to strengthen our team and build a new branch focused on curating the needs of our current clients.

Centra is an industry leading, B2B and D2C e-commerce platform for original fashion and lifestyle brands. We are a powerful and technical platform, loaded with features and technology for brands that run a global e-commerce operation, and currently serve as the backbone of e-commerce operations for over 115+ brands from Scandinavia and the world.

We are now looking for an Account Manager that will be responsible for creating a new branch in our organization focused on delivering professional services to our customers that are separated from the general support team. Examples of these services could be; advanced guiding through Centras many complex systems and functions, technology focused strategies, IT-Architecture and accounting.

The Account Manager will be responsible for building and curating relationships with our existing clients while guiding them on their road to success with Centra. The person we are looking for has great social skills, a strong overall understanding of IT-systems and a solid business-minded toolkit for understanding and growing a business.

The ideal candidate for this position may have a few years of experience, or be a tech-savvy individual that just completed an academic degree.

Key responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients of Centra at both junior and senior levels, e.g., with E-commerce analysts, E-commerce managers, BI analysts, Sales managers, CIOs, CEOs and CFOs

Regularly meet with clients of Centra, collect feedback from them, discuss their business needs and suggest improvements in systems and processes

Take over escalated questions from Helpdesk, e.g., requests for new features, topics requiring extensive business and/or technical understanding

Act as a key stakeholder in our product development process, by defining and refining Epics and User Stories, participating in recurring meetings for backlog prioritization and refinement, and discussing and aligning priorities with other key stakeholders

Participate in Centra's direct sales process towards brands as an expert - advising on technology choices, system architecture, integrations and strategy topics

Train clients in using Centra, including onboarding, in-person and remote training sessions

Support clients hands-on as a consultant

Develop and lead the processes and ways of working with all the above

You have:

A bachelor's or master's degree in either computer science or finance/accounting (or both)

A lot of drive and eagerness to join a fast-growing company with many opportunities for improvement

A natural ability to multi-task and work in an organized manner while delivering world class service to our clients

Previous experience in working with IT-systems and a good overall understanding of their structures

Leadership experience of some sort

Professional level English and Swedish skills. Both written and spoken
