We are looking for a sales and marketing person that has full focus on taking our customers and partners from the very first lead stage to creating a strong long term relationship. Your areas of responsibility will include:
• Mapping and evaluating leads of potential customers
• Engage new potential customers
• Driving the pre-sales process and when needed, use your technical sales resources to build pre-skills and demos.
• Nurturing and developing existing customer relations, doing what you can to facilitate their success in building Furhat applications.
• Making sure Furhats are always demoable at our venues.
• Supporting in the building of a team of salespeople/business developers/evangelists/technical sales people.
• Being an evangelist and the voice of Furhat at events, fairs and incoming delegations/visits.
• Being a digital evangelist and the voice of Furhat on blogs and forums under the supervision of the head of marketing.
• Being the voice of the customer to internal product development team and support team, bringing feedback and making sure issues are resolved.
• Identifying, engaging and developing potential partners within different fields (for example design/developer agencies, suppliers, distributors).
• Managing and executing sales activities and projects.
• Identifying, planning, and attending national and international events to market and drive sales and collaborations with Furhat.

• Need to have:
• BSc in a relevant field.
• At least two years of working experience within business development or similar fields.
• Broad knowledge and previous experience in working for customer development & customer success.
• Experienced with relevant tools and CRMs like Excel, Powerpoint and Pipedrive.
• Interest in speech technology and natural language processing.
• Feel comfortable working in the spot light and on stage, commit to hard deadlines, and thrive under pressure.
• Believe you are a fast learner. Unless you're an expert in all of the above, you'll need to pick up a few things along the way.
• Believe in team play, passionate about personal growth, and want to be a role model and enabler for everyone around you.
• You have an analytical mind for your work and everything around you, and in problems, you see the opportunity to make things better.
• Possess very good communication skills, and able to communicate your ideas verbally and in writing.
• Fluent in English. Our formal language is English. No need to speak Swedish.
• Great if you also have:
o Experience working with social robots or conversational systems.
o Programming experience in Java.
o Stage performance experience.
