Starting in Sweden and for the Swedish market in September 2015 we are now active in four markets. 2016 we rolled out our concept in Germany with

www.wihb.nl and we are planning to launch our concept in one additional market during 2018.
We currently employ six people but are looking to become eight by the end of the year. The market for multilingual talent acquisition is growing every year and this means that we need two new Account Managers to do customer acquisition and manage client relationships by phone and email.
International Account Manager
We are looking for an organized, confident and hunter-type of salesman or saleswoman. We expect you to be comfortable with using the phone as your main tool for the sales process. We would consider it a merit if you are a confident LinkedIn-user since most of our customers are active there.
Job description:
• Customer acquisition mainly through cold calling recruitment, talent acquisition or marketing managers around the world
• Sell and communicate our recruitment marketing services in a compelling and easily understandable way
• Build your own pipeline and manage your portfolio of customers
• Responsible for achieving monthly sales objectives, metrics, and quotas
Requirements:
• Experience from telephone sales (telemarketing, tele sales, meeting booking, B2B etc.)
• Fluent in English
• You have a structured approach to your work
We would consider it a plus:
• If you can show us sales results from similar jobs
• If you have sales experience from the recruitment, advertisement, media or sourcing industry
• If you speak French, Dutch, German or Swedish fluently
