Come and help us achieve the next level of success by managing some of the B2B relationships on Ongame Network. As part of our team, you get the opportunity to work for one of the market leaders in the fast growing market of online gaming and poker.
This temporary position will initially last for a period of six months.
Your place at the table
With your energy, experience, and inner drive you will have the ability to positively impact the bottom line of Ongame Network and its partners. The Account Manager leads the day-to-day management and optimization of requests and cases, aiding and supporting the clients in the daily operations to ensure partner satisfaction and growth with the offered products and services.
You will:
Be the main interface for 4-5 network partners
Be involved in the integration process of major new partners
Solve partner’s problems by working with internal service providers
Maintain a good understanding of our partners and their business strategies
Ensuring ongoing customer relationship, for instance through regular meetings and conference calls
Proactively work with partners to increase revenue growth
Your gaming skills and experience
To play with us, you need to have at least 2 years within a B2B organization or customer service experience. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technology or business and prolonged gaming industry experience would also be assets to the successful candidate.
