Account Manager, Stockholm
Blancco Technology Group are on the lookout for a stellar Account Manager to work on the data erasure side of our business, based in our office in Stockholm, Sweden.
As Account Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, reaching sales targets and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. You must have a passion for sales and an excellent phone manner. You must be able to communicate well in both verbal and written in English with your colleagues who will be based all over the world. We value technical talent and forward thinking.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships.
Lead generation and prospect follow-up.
Provide support to the Sales team. Prepare and manage customer data and contracts.
Provide an erasure solution tailored to customers? needs, as well as responding to sales calls.
Providing a high level of care to of customers and managing their orders, in cooperation with technical support.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor or Commercial sector degree.
A proactive attitude towards sales and an interest in this particular area.
A customer-orientated focus and the ability to work within a multicultural and dynamic environment.
A self-driven, creative personality with strong execution abilities.
Relevant work experience for example, telesales would be an advantage.
Salesforce experience would be an advantage.
1-3 years? work experience in sales.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish.
Excellent team work and social skills.
