In order to support growth of NTT Europe?s Swedish office, NTT has a key role for an ambitious and experienced sales professional based in our Stockholm office.

Position Overview:
This Account Manager role is critical to the continued success and expansion of NTT Europe?s (NTTE) business in Sweden. You?ll be able to demonstrate 5+ years of established successful Enterprise Sales experience. You?ll have experience in Data Centre, virtualization technology, and an understanding of cloud computing. Network Services (WAN, LAN) account experience is highly desirable. We are looking for a team player, with customer relationship building skills, who is hardworking, smart and ethical and who loves to win.
You will be responsible for the management and performance achievement of number of Key Accounts, update, new products and services that make up your portfolio. In this Account Management role you will have responsibility for revenue retention, profitability management and growth. This is to be achieved through structured account planning, effective stakeholder management; whilst also acting as an escalation point for operational service delivery requirements and overall customer satisfaction.
You will have a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction. Working with clients in partnership is core to the NTT approach. As such you will work closely with customer contacts on client sites.
A primary focus of the role is to expand NTT?s new products and services within those key accounts. The ability to identify client challenges, and align with NTT solutions and effectively communicate to the client is key to the role.
The role is located in NTT?s Stockholm office and with this role there?ll be the opportunity for travel allowing you to manage the key accounts effectively. There may also the prospect of international travel, for example to the UK to attend workshops and company meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Account Manager key responsibilities include:
• Responsibility for driving revenue growth and increased profitability into key accounts.
• Ensure timely billing and revenue collection in consultation with the finance and billing teams.
• Focus on Customer satisfaction measurement and improvement.
• Account planning and implementation of delivery programmes as necessary
• Own the relationship map within the client account, covering multiple tiers.
• Management of virtual teams to deliver customer projects
• Facilitation of change to support account objectives.
• Reporting in line with company requirements for example salesforce.com and other internal systems
