Account Manager
The Account Manager is responsible for sales of Consumer Lifestyle with focus at existing customers, optimizing value for Philips and the Customers ? building strong customer intimacy, building the brand, introducing and selling new innovative products, and driving point of sale presence and activity.
Your location is flexible since you will be traveling a major part of your time, but preferable you live in the Gothenburg / Malmö / Helsingborg area. You will be reporting to our Senior Sales Manager of the Swedish team.
Your responsibilities:
• Execute processes & policies at accounts (margin, pricing, marketing logistics)
• Maximize the customer turnover per key account
• Ensure sales targets per account are set and achieved
• Deliver account specific growth plans
• Execute yearly contract negotiation with customers/chains
• Ensures competition is actively benchmarked and acted upon
Your profile:
• 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in fast moving consumer goods
• Experience in / knowledge of market scenarios and competitors
• Understanding of the relevant supply chain
• Ability to manage customer profit & loss
• High energy, driven and self-motivated
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Strong team player
• Fluent English and Swedish required
• Good analytical skills
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Driving license
