PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Achieve financial targets and KPI 's on given markets
• Professional product presentations in the appropriate distribution channels
• Develop and regularly review agreed business plans for your accounts
• Assist and participate with set up of trade shows at key selling times, optimizing attendance and sales opportunities
• In conjunction with your Manager agree terms and pricing for each season aiming to achieve placement of the appropriate minimum stock package for the accounts
• Actively seek to find new accounts
• Follow up on accounts, B2B customer service
• Ensure regular communication with Buyers, establishing sell through performance
• Conduct staff training sessions for key personnel in stores and head offices
• Implement and follow up on agreed staff rewards or incentive schemes
• Ensure all paperwork is accurate and up-to-date enabling presentation of information at brand/sales meetings
• Assist Global Sales & Marketing Manager

I dig denim is now on the search for an exceptional Account Manager to join the team!
The Gothenburg based denim brand is active on 25 markets around the world and launch full collections for Baby, Kids and Woman twice per year.

The person who will join our team will be a strong brand ambassador for the I dig denim brand as a Sales Representative. Working proactively with all of our collections on all our markets and participate in fairs, events and training.

The I dig denim HQ are located in Torslanda, Gothenburg and joined by IDD Showroom and the I dig denim Studio. Take the chance to join a brand in full motion, who works hard, proactively and has a clear focus on results!

The role requires a proven track record in driving sales, fashion and retail.

• Reports to Global Sales Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

For the right person to be successful in this position, the following knowledge, skills, and /or abilities are required.

Education:
• Preferably a degree in Business, Retail or Fashion

Experience:
• Successful Account Manager, Sales Representative and / or retail experience, within a target driven fashion / denim or life style brand
• Connections with independent accounts are an advantage
• Social media knowledge
• Marketing knowledge

Skills/abilities:
• Strong communication & convincing presentation skills (Swedish, English),
• PC (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Specter, Sharespine)
• Immersive fashion trend interest and knowledge of wholesale distribution channels, regional accounts and market needs
• Well organized and structured
• Positive attitude and hard working
• Problem-solving and proactive
• Analytical skills
• Full driving license required
• Occasional weekend work required
• Willingness to travel frequently, and able to stay away from home on a regular basis
