SW seek, on behalf of Ingersoll Rand, an Account Manager for Scandinavian. You will be based in Stockholm but you will have extensive travel as a core part of the role.
The role will include a focus on distribution sale channel management and an aggressive development for the Power Tools business in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark. To develop a high performance channel network delivering effective market coverage. As well as to drive profitable growth and market share through the strong and forceful development and implementation of business strategies.

Job description
In the role as Account Manager you will have a great responsibility to preserve and enshrine current distributors as well as develop new successful relations. You will have a major focus on development and growth within the company. Such as create long term successful business partnerships, meet/exceed on bookings, revenues and gross margins, provide commercial, technical and application support to distributors and key end users and to aim to enhance end user market through frequent contact with key customers and vertical markets.
Detailed responsibilities:
• Creation of long term successful business partnership
• Development and individual distributor business development
• Provision of effective territory coverage
• Drive promotional activity with distributors
• Champion the coordination & communication of new product launches
Suitable background
We seek a person with a degree, preferably in Engineering or Business related disciplines. We prefer that you have previous experience in market development and aggressive businesses growth. We want you to have proven track record in Distribution Sales management, preferable between 10 years. We also see that you have prior experience in Distribution Channel development as well as a technical appreciation of compressed air and electrical products, systems and applications. Proficient in computer related skills; Microsoft Office applications.
As a person we see that you are a suitable team leader, a dynamic self-starter, comfortable with extensive travel as a core part of the role (up to 70%), demonstrable strong in written, verbal and presentation skills and that you have a proven track record of delivering results, both financial and behavioral. You need to have a strong interpersonal skill, be well-organized and have the ability to prioritize.
