In this function your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
In the role you will work as a consultative, proactive and operational Account Management support. You will work in close collaboration with our Account Management team and Sales managers. You will also work close to our customers.
Your main task will be securing and providing support in the offer process to our customers, with existing tools and methods. You will be responsible for re-calculations and customer reporting. You will also be a support in Tender process for our sales and KAM team.
You will be coached by the account management team. You are a support in change and contribute in the change process both at group- and individual level.
Since you will co-operate with customers, our sales team as well as operations/ fleetsupport you need to be a strong team player. Your daily tasks will include guidance within our customer care policies, making quotes and customer reporting. We expect you to take responsibility of our customer’s needs on a daily basis. Important is that you want to make things happen.
Pre-Requisites for the role:
• At least one year of proven experience of customer handling/ service with high social compatibility.
• Very good knowledge of the automotive market (BMW/MINI and multi make) with focus on the corporate market and fleet specific requirements.
• Experience, and good understanding, of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) based calculations.
• The ability to express yourself well in speech and writing, both in Swedish and English.
• Good user of Office (e.g. powerpoint, excel).

You need to be fluent in written and verbal, both English and Swedish.
The function is located in modern facilities in Sollentuna and you will be reporting to the Account management manager.
